Requirements:
- Be 14 years of age by 9/1/06.
- Earn First Class Rank. If already
First Class then advance a rank between 10/1/05 and 5/1/06.
- Turn in a Sea Base Class III medical form signed by a doctor and photocopy of the front and back of their insurance card by 4/1/06.
- Turn in a permission slip signed by a parent/guardian by 4/1/06.
- Have parents
attend a mandatory informational meeting on 1/9/06.
- Participate in two preparation swims and pass BSA swim test by 4/1/06.
- Have one
of the following photo identifications:
a. School photo ID and copy
of birth certificate
b. Passport
c. Valid state issued ID
- Pay trip fee of $900.00:
a. $100.00 refundable deposit on 7/25/05. Since only sixteen
slots are available, the first four adults
and twelve Scouts making the deposit
to John Combs will attend.
b. $300.00 nonrefundable deposit by 9/19/05.
c. $250.00 due by 1/9/06.
d. $250.00 due by 3/6/06
Note: $150.00 of fees paid must be earned through troop
fund raising events.
